Charles Bargue's collection of almost 200 drawings of casts and lithographs from the 19th century was prepared and used by art academies to teach the fundamentals of drawing. In these series of training booklets I chose a small number of plates according to increasing difficulty

The aim is to cover three important basic skills in drawing, that I divided into 3 levels. 1. Line drawing using the figure 2. Shadow/light using cast drawing copies 3. Master drawing (full detailed rendering)
