ENROLLMENT AND FEES
Fees for each term consisting of 8 - 9 sessions are as shown for each course (in Children and Adult sections)
Fees need to be paid in advance in bundles (eg for 4 or 8 classes) as shown for each course.
If you pay for 8 lessons you are eligible to attend 8 lessons within that class.
If you miss a class, you do not loose your money as you can attend this session at any time and any unused lessons can be carried over from one term to the next. Sessions are ONLY transferable over a maximum of two terms and a maximum of 2 classes.
I will do my best to give you the occasional missed class, however I will not guarantee you to cover all missed classes if missing a scheduled class will become a norm.
You are welcome to join at any time during the duration of the course.

For the passed 3 to 4 years I have been learning different mediums and during the last 12 months I really wanted to learn how to mix and paint with oils. My name is Irene Ridge and I have been learning to paint with oils under supervision of the Artist Chris Vidal since 2015. I have completed four oils paintings with Chris as my teacher and I will be attending further sessions/workshops to enhance my skills on tonal values, brush strokes, still life and perspective. I have learned valuable information from Chris regarding how to mix colours and compliment them in your painting. To enhance your skills you need someone who is going to show you how to hold your brush, to use your paint brush or hold your palette knife and help you to create your vision onto a canvas. Below are two of my oil paintings I completed during my painting session/workshops supervised by Chris at Parramatta Art Society. One is of the Blue Mountains and the other is part of a photograph to produce a perspective painting. I would like to say, 'Thank you Chris' for allowing me to enhance my skills and knowledge of oils from your dedication as a teacher.

He sends a lot of informative information and guidance books for painters once you are a student of his which is over and beyond my experience of other art teachers I have had in the past.
